The Blue Heron House was built in the 1930's and was remodeled
last year. An abundant and year round Artesian spring provides
water for the home. A walking trail and outdoor relaxation area
with babbling brook are being landscaped behind the house, during
the summer of 2003.
 |
The sun deck runs the full length of the front of the house.
Deck chairs are provided for you to enjoy the stunning views
of the Coquille river and Coquille Valley. The Blue Heron House
is two stories: with the main bedroom, both bathrooms and living
spaces downstairs. Upstairs is the second bedroom and also a
loft. |
 |
The beautiful light on the Coquille river and valley will
be different at every meal in this open dinning room. This is
a nice area to play cards or games. You can also paint or write
while meditating on the awesome view. All windows in the home
have new insulated blinds for warmth and privacy. |
 |
The living room is for families or small groups. You also
have similar stunning views of the Coquille river and valley
from the couch. A vcr, DVD player and satellite Direct TV service
is provided. You can listen to digital music channels without
commercials or open the windows and listen to the birds. |
 |
The full kitchen is open and modern. This is a nice place
for a family to gather and prepare a meal together. The gas powered
grill is just outside the front door on the right. There is a
separate and furnished laundry room. |
 |
There are two bedrooms, each with their own door and queen
size bed. The loft area has two single beds that could be put
together to make a full bed. Six people can sleep in the available
beds. This view is from the loft area looking into the upstairs
bedroom. A new electrical central forced air furnance with new
ducts were just installed. |
