Pets:
Dogs are permitted with a deposit but cats are absolutely
not welcome, the owner is very allergic to them.
Rates:
Summer and Holiday rates (one week each side of holiday):
$180.00/night with the 7th night free. Monthly rentals are negotiable.
The summer season start and end dates are May 15th through October
15th. Two night minimum rental.
Off Season rates: $150.00/night with the 7th
night free. Monthly rentals are negotiable. The off season start
and end dates are October 16th through May 14th. Two night minimum
rental.
Recreational Vehicle Pad:
Year round rates: $30.00/night for just RV pad
use. If you are renting the house then the rate is $20.00/night.
Water, sewer and electrical hookup provided. No television hookup
at this time.
Check in/out times:
Check-In Time - Anytime after 3PM
Check-Out Time - No later than 11AM
Deposit:
There is a $300 security deposit which is refundable
(less a $25 handling fee) after the residence has been checked
and cleaned.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are refundable if canceled two weeks
prior to arrival date.
